Sheronda L. Barksdale, aka Empress She' is the CEO of Authentically Your Expressions and is the Founder of the school, S.M.I.L.E., The Self-Mastery Institute for Learning Empowerment. Mrs. Barksdale is a certified Spiritual Life Empowerment Coach, certified Meditation Instructor, Vision Specialist, professional speaker, author, and entrepreneur. She specializes in shadow work, chakra alignment, relationship coaching, and motivational, spiritual and personal growth. Sheronda has an associate degree in Sociology and one in Business Administration. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Human Services.
After being strengthened through many traumatic life experiences, Sheronda uses her strengths to encourage others to be empowered by their pain. Sheronda desires to encourage and empower her clients to define their goals in life, eliminate any mindsets that may hinder their desire to attain their goals, and learn the necessary skills to lead a focused and passion-driven life.
